1. There is a lot of cache

2. Make Free Space In Your Memory.

Please check the memory space / internet memory space of your smartphone, make sure that it is still available for the size of the application or game you want to download.

 

The trick is to enter the Settings menu then select SD Card & Phone Storage . If the memory is full, please delete unused applications on your smartphone.
